It Has Been To Long

I have no excuse for not writing for almost a month besides the usual, life gets busy. I cannot believe there are only a few days left in November! I hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving!! The husband and I headed to New Mexico, where we both are from, to go visit family. It was a wonderful time! Being so far from family can be difficult at times but when we have the opportunity to go visit it is always a great time. Another awesome thing that happened this past week is that we got a dog!! I have been begging my husband for about a year now for a dog and through a swirl of God events (as I like to call them) we got a Free, Shih Tzu! He is everything I wanted in a dog (besides pooping in the house) lol. Here are some pictures of our trip and the dog :)

Now that Thanksgiving is over I am looking forward to all the festivities of Christmas! I already have a couple of Christmas parties this week! :) Hope you all have a wonderful week!

I'm Back

Happy Thursday All! So much going on and so little time to write. All last week I was absent from reality! The husband and I went on a cruise with some awesome couples from our church. It really felt like a break from reality, no cell phones, no social networking, no work, no homework... awe it was wonderful! There was a lot of eating, sleeping, laying out in the sun and simply having fun! We have been back since Saturday but when you get back from vacation, reality hits fast. Once we stepped foot off the vehicle from our trip it has been none stop busy. This vacation could have not come at a better time. It came right before a busy season. I took plenty of pictures that I will share soon! Here is one for now.

My goal is to download all the pictures I took on the cruise today and have them posted tomorrow. If I write it then maybe it will keep me accountable to actually do it  :) Have a blessed day!
