Let's Go Fly A Kite or Two

It is starting to look like spring!!! Well except today.... but yesterday it did...good ol Texas weather. I am very ready for Spring and all the lovely changes that it brings. The husband and I decide to go to the park and fly kites the other day and bring the pups along. Um he loved being at the park, the pup that is! So here are some fun pictures from our little adventure. We ended going through not one, or two kites but three!! Lesson learned do not buy kites at the dollar store...

Blog Makeover

My poor little blog is in much need of a blog makeover! I haven't been writing much due to the fact of not being satisfied with the look of the blog. I know poor excuse! Well hopefully I am in luck. Over at Cinsarah she is giving away a blog makeover!!

I would love to brighten up the look of my blog! Make it simple but classy! I want it to be welcoming to readers! I love earth tone colors but would love a splash of color, like an burnt orange, coral or turquoise. Here are a few pictures of colors that I found on good ol pinterest. I am hoping that with a blog makeover it will give me the push to write more and give me the motivation I need!
